Chocolate & Banana Testosterone Boosting Smoothie

Super-quick chocolate and banana testosterone-boosting smoothie

You will need:

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop hemp protein powder
  • One tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • One tbsp cacao powder
  • ¾ cup vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup yogurt (or dairy-free substitute)
  • 1 whole apple, sliced and seeded
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 1 whole banana

Preparation

Preparation is simple. Just blend all of the ingredients above in a food processor or smoothie maker, and serve instantly. This makes a great breakfast or lunch smoothie – and literally takes less than 10 minutes to prepare (including the cleanup operation). To make the mixture really smooth, we recommend first adding the banana and yogurt, creating a ‘paste’ consistency, then adding the rest of the ingredients to create a more liquid consistency.
