Chia Berry Smoothie Recipe

  • 8 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups of filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut nectar
  • 4 tablespoons organic blackberry or another fruit puree


  1. Soak the chia seeds in the water for 20 minutes in a blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Then serve chilled
