How I feel taking BodyBio Liposomal Immunity C + Zinc Bundle

I have tried many liquid vitamins and supplements in the past and they left a bitter after taste in my mouth or the taste was so terrible that it made me feel that I vomit. So I always used capsules or tablets.
But I wanted to find a liquid brand that I could use that was easy to take and digest.
The reason I wanted to find a good liquid brand was that the body does not need to break down a liquid extract. This allows more of the medicinal properties to be absorbed into the system. This makes liquid extract much more powerful than a capsule or tablet.
WHAT I LOVED about the BodyBio Liposomal Immunity C + Zinc Bundle was I didn’t taste any of the liquid vitamins, minerals, and supplements.
It was also very easy to use. All I had to do was:
- Get a little glass of water. I used a 1/2 cup of flavored water. I have used Fruit2O water which has a fruit flavor to it. I have also used regular plain water.
- I added 7 drops of Zinc
- 1/4 TSP of the Vitamin C Crystals
- 1 TSP of PC Liquid
I blended it together until the PC was dissolved. The mixture should be maple brown in color with a gel-like consistency and then you drink it immediately. It was very easy to do and it blended right away with no problem. It only took me a minute to do this and when I drank it I didn’t taste anything.
I have been feeling energetic. I haven’t been feeling fatigued and I have been waking up earlier in the morning. I have also been feeling more focused. I never had a good memory and as I have been getting older I noticed my memory has been getting worse. I noticed lately I haven’t been struggling to remember things like I usually do.
