Not only is it crazy simple to throw together (mix two to four ingredients, throw in the fridge overnight, voila!), but it’s also an ideal make-ahead option for people who just can’t be bothered in the a.m.

- 1 ripe organic banana
- 1/2 cup organic blueberries
- 1 cup organic raspberries
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons raw stevia
- 2 teaspoons acai powder
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
