How To Make CBD Oil

When making CBD oil the Cannabidiol oil should be, extracted from a natural and organic grown hemp plant. Currently, there are three major methods of making this type of CBD oil and they are as follows:

Carrier Oil

This method of making CBD is becoming increasingly popular. It entails the use of carrier oil to extract CBD oil. Currently, olive oil is commonly used during the process. The method is becoming increasingly popular because of the added benefits of the olive oil nutrients and the fact that it eliminates the unwanted residues.

Supercritical CO2

This method entails pushing CO2  via the plant at low temperatures and high pressures. This method leads to the extraction of CBD oil in its purest form because it extracts CBD while removing chlorophyll and residue. The CBD oil that is extracted using this method has a better taste though the method is more expensive.

Ethanol (Organic Ethyl Alcohol)

This method entails extracting CBD oil using high-grain alcohol. Unfortunately, some natural oils that are also beneficial are destroyed when this method is used to extract CBD oil.

How To Take It

The first and most important step when deciding how to take CBD oil should be to learn your product options and educate yourself on what experts recommend for your specific need. The producer of the CBD oil also provides recommendations on how to take their specific product. Nevertheless, there are general steps that should be followed when taking CBD oil. They are as follows:

Step 1: Shake well

CBD oil should be completely natural. Shaking the oil enables you to find out whether there are other substances in the bottle. If the CBD oil has flavor substances like grape seeds, you will notice them when you shake it. Therefore, start by shaking CBD oil before you take it.

Step 2: Fill the dropper

Squeeze the top of your dropper to fill CBD oil into the pipette. Dispense CBD oil under the tongue and swish it around if you like. Alternatively, you can also let the oil sit under the tongue. CBD oil drops taste better, especially if you have a flavored oil version. Add the number of drops you need to get your daily dose of CBD as instructed by the manufacturer. CBD oil should be absorbed into the body system after holding it in the mouth for 60 to 90 seconds before swallowing.

Step 3: Repeat the process

Repeat this process as recommended by the manufacturer. It’s important to note that CBD oil has been shown through some studies to induce mild to moderate sedative effects when taken in large amounts. Some users have also reported experiencing more mild, relaxing or calming effects when they take CBD in smaller amounts.

How Much Should You Take?

According to Mayo Clinic, CBD dosage should depend on traditional use, expert opinion, scientific research, and publications (source.) Essentially, CBD oil dosages, as well as consumption intervals, should be based on the daily recommend dosages found on your CBD product labels. If the company you are buying from doesn’t offer you dose information on their website or on their product label, DO NOT BUY and REPORT them.

Finding the correct amount of CBD for you may take a bit of trial and error, especially if you try to do it on your own. Dosage recommendation should be given to you by your Doctor as that is what they are trained to do. Doctor’s base Cannabidiol dosages on the severity of the associated health problems and issues that they are looking to alleviate. That means, it strictly depends on your condition!  There is no specific amount of CBD oil that everybody should take.

We’ve ordered CBD hemp oil from the Top 10 CBD companies in the nation and below is the average of the daily recommended dose.  This is not our recommended dosage, this is an average based on the leaders in the industry.

  • Dietary Supplement recommended dosage is 10mg – 50mg of full-spectrum CBD hemp oil per day

Is CBD Legal In All 50 States?

The answer to this question is NO, but also YES.  Please read the following, we will map out exactly what you need to know.

Problem

CBD oil is considered illegal in all 50 states when extracted from a Cannabis plant.

Solution

Extract the CBD oil from a Hemp plant. Law enforcers seem to be unofficially looking the other way or else, all CBD companies and websites would be shut down.  Why are they looking the other way?  Because even though Hemp is of the cannabis plant family, it is more so considered a cousin of the cannabis plant. Furthermore, people are buying and selling CBD oil online as a “dietary supplement“, which complies with the DSHEA guidelines by the FDA (source.)

Guidelines For CBD Oil Buyers

Thousands of orders get purchased online every day. Odds are, you will never get approached for buying a few CBD Oil tinctures.  Make sure they are from Hemp and make sure you are taking it as a dietary supplement.  We recommend going a step further and simply protect yourself!  Be under the care of a physician and get a medical marijuana card.

Guidelines For CBD Oil Sellers

Make 110% sure that the CBD you sell is extracted from hemp. Never claim that it is a cure or treatment for any condition, illness, or disease. You must clearly state the above and that also you are selling the hemp extracted CBD oil as a dietary supplement. Only sell to individuals with medical marijuana cards in your state (if it allows medical marijuana).
