What Are The Best Methods for Taking CBD Hemp Oil?

CBD hemp oil is fast becoming one of the most popular self-prescribing supplements for all kinds of health problems, from epilepsy, depression and sleep issues, to arthritis, and managing chronic pain. Every day more and more people chose to buy CBD oil in the hope that they too can benefit from the healing properties of cannabis without having to deal with the high that it brings. Ways to consume CBD oil

This super flexible product can be consumed in several ways, which makes it easy for everyone to find a method that suits them best. The method chosen may be influenced by need too, as the speed, intensity, and length of the positive effects are shaped largely on the form in which CBD oil is taken. Here we run through the most popular ways people take CBD hemp oil, so anyone looking to use it can decide which method best suits their needs.

The most popular way to inhale CBD hemp oil is by vaping it, in the same way, people vape other forms of liquid. (Recently some new products, such as tabletop vaporizers are emerging onto the market, a good alternative for those who prefer not to vape.) CBD e-juice is readily available, and the equipment needed to use it ranges from simple budget versions to the high-end state of the art customized devices.

Inhaling CBD hemp oil means it gets into the bloodstream quite quickly, making it good for those looking for swift relief, but it also leaves the body faster than some other methods so is not a good choice for low level longer term relief.

Anyone with skin irritations, bites, rashes, wounds or infections may find relief from applying CBD hemp oil, with its excellent anti-inflammatory qualities, in the form of a salve, cream or lotion. In such small quantities, it doesn’t get into the bloodstream but can still work effectively with receptors under the skin.

There are several ways to enjoy CBD oil in this way.

In a tincture

The oil is mixed with something like coconut oil (to help your body process the CBD better) in a dropper and then a few drops are taken under the tongue. This delivers a fast effect.

As a spray

This is basically a tincture mixture administrated in spray form rather than through a dropper.

In food

The easiest method is to add either the oil or the tincture mixture to suitable food or drinks, such as soup, milkshakes, or puddings. If you want to invest more time and effort CBD oil can be baked into cakes, cookies, and pies, or even added to butter to make special popcorn! Take this way the effect is more slow release than an instant hit.

There is no one best way to take CBD hemp oil, but there are plenty of options to suit all preferences, needs, and lifestyles, and it could be that either one or a combination of several could prove to be best for you.
