Natural Ways To Treat Toenail Fungal Infection At Home

Toenail fungal infection tends to recur if not eliminated from its roots. Therefore, it becomes extremely important to uproot it as soon as possible. But before that, you must know why is it taking place. Toenail fungal infection erupts due to abnormal pH of the skin, weak immune system, bad foot hygiene, over sweating in the feet, constant exposure to moisture or weak blood circulation due to some disease like diabetes. Luckily it can be treated at home and here are some really useful natural ways to get rid of the infection.

Try them:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a tub. The water should be just hot enough not to burn your skin.
  • Soak your feet in the water and let them remain in it till the water is warm.
  • Do this twice a day.

Here’s how you can use it internally:

  • Take a teaspoon of honey and two tablespoons of ACV
  • In a glass with eight ounces of water in it, and add the other two ingredients
  • Mix well and drink immediately

Both these methods are going to help you.

Also, lactobacillus bacteria secrete a poisonous by-product, you can apply it topically.
