  • Finely ground oatmeal
  • Plain yogurt
  • Some honey
  • Lukewarm water

Once you have confirmed that you have all the above ingredients, start by mixing the oatmeal and the yogurt in equal amounts. Then add some honey and thoroughly stir the mixture.
