Cleaning your skin

Clean skin is happy skin! Clean your face in the morning and before you go to bed. This will help wash away any excess dirt and oil that may have built up on the surface of your skin. Keep in mind that over-washing your face can easily disturb the natural pH and microbiome of your skin. Since the skin needs to breathe overnight, make sure you always remove your makeup before going to bed. Leaving your makeup overnight clogs the pores which may cause blemishes or blackheads. Try to use calming ingredients like aloe, lavender, chamomile, green tea polyphenols, and oats.

In general, the natural oil cleansing method is an excellent solution for any skin type, though the combinations of oils vary based on skin type.
