What the reviewer thought of the DVD Summer Sanders Prenatal Workout
Recommended for any woman at any stage in her pregnancy! This video gives you the benefits of a Pre-Natal Yoga class without having to pay or hustle over to the studio (because who has the energy for that?). The video offers yoga moves catered for each trimester by having one instructor in each trimester. The warm-up relaxes you and gets you in the mood with the deep stretches and soothing GAIAM music. The DVD is also conveniently broken into two chapters, which allows for skipping ahead for those moms on the run. The moves and positions in the video are ideal for any seasoned yogi or someone just starting out. They are simple but effective. Finally, you do not need any fancy stretch bands or special equipment to use this video. The instructors use household items (like your dining room chair) to walk through the moves.
“It came quickly, packaged well and when I tried it, I loved it! I will continue to use this DVD during my pregnancy. This is an excellent prenatal yoga DVD!
