One of the tasty ways to get in your fruits (and veggies) by way of fruit smoothies!
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit (see suggestions below)
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup low-fat 1% milk
Perfect Blends – Suggestions:
- Raspberries, strawberries, beets,
- Oranges, cantaloupe, peaches, carrots
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
