The Fruity Get Me Ready for the Weekend Smoothie

One of the tasty ways to get in your fruits (and veggies) by way of fruit smoothies!

Ingredients include:

  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit (see suggestions below)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low-fat 1% milk

Perfect Blends – Suggestions:

  1. Raspberries, strawberries, beets,
  2. Oranges, cantaloupe, peaches, carrots

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
