Ingredients
½ ripe avocado pitted and peeled
½ large banana
¼ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
¼ cup ice
¾ to 1 cup of coconut water
1 tsp agave nectar
¼ tsp cinnamon
Directions
In a blender, combine ½ ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
