Today Learn How To Make A Delicious Avocado Smoothie Fast

Today learn and discover how to make a delicious avocado smoothie fast.

Serves 2

Ingredients

½ ripe avocado pitted and peeled
½ large banana
¼ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
¼ cup ice
¾ to 1 cup of coconut water
1 tsp agave nectar
¼ tsp cinnamon

Directions

In a blender, combine ½ ripe avocado, pitted and peeled

  • ½ large banana
  • ¼ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup ice
  • ¾ to 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Process until smooth and frothy. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and serve.

Nutrition (per serving) 155 cal, 3 g pro, 20 g carb, 5 g fiber, 15 g sugars, 8 g fat, 1.5 g sat fat, 90 mg sodium
