I found this 201-page book on inflammation to be very informative and motivational. Packed with informative information on how to prevent, treat, and overcome inflammation including an easy-to-follow 14-day menu guide specially designed to support the conventional treatment for inflammation. I especially enjoyed reading the facts and research scattered throughout the book. I enjoyed how she began the book providing the reader with interesting and detailed information about inflammation. The information in this book was clear, concise and very useful.
She goes on to discuss the common questions that always pop up but always are left unanswered. I found it extraordinary how Tessmer discusses inflammation and then ties it into nutrition explaining to the reader the importance of nutrition and how it can make a huge impact on your health and your condition. Kimberly Tessmer’s book, “your nutrition SOLUTION to INFLAMMATION,” gave me the insights to understand inflammation.
The easy-to-follow meal plan and lifestyle changes included in the book are a critical factor to overcoming inflammation. One important factor I learned from this book is that you need to make sure you eat healthy, maintain a healthy weight, and follow the menu plans provided in the book, as well as incorporating exercise routines into your daily regimen. This book teaches you about inflammation and how to overcome it. Understanding the complete issues of inflammation and learning the complications of inflammation can, “wake you up,” to take control. The meal plans and guides provided in this book highlights what you can do to improve or overcome inflammation.
Kimberly Tessmer’s natural approach helped me realize that WE control our bodies. We can improve our health by providing our bodies with the vitamins and nutrients we need through the foods we eat and by strengthening our body through exercise too. We do not need to rely on pills. We need to rely on ourselves. I enjoyed how the book provides you with the stepping-stones and techniques to prevent, treat, and overcome inflammation the natural way. Kimberly Tessmer the author, provides the reader with extraordinary tools and techniques that help you achieve all your goals both long and short-term goals. As the book unfolds, you surprisingly begin to see how you can achieve and maintain optimum health, if you take the time to prepare your foods, excluding the unhealthy foods from your diet and including the foods in your meal plans and guides suggested by Kimberly Tessmer.
This book on inflammation and the menus included were remarkable. The book captured my interest and it has motivated me to take a little extra time to prepare my meals at home, so I can overcome the inflammation I battle with and the medical problems it causes for me. Since I have been following Kimberly Tessmer’s advice, I have been feeling terrific and my inflammation has decreased significantly. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in battling and overcoming inflammation.
