This book includes tons of delicious juicing recipes, which not only taste good, but they are healthy and they will help you lose weight, look great and maintain optimum health.

I am excited toward to try many of these new juicing recipes, especially the juicing recipes that help to promote detoxification. I tried one of the juicing recipes that promoted energy and I must say I felt an increase in energy, my stomach went down and I did not look bloated. I was so excited!
