This 224-page book on living beyond chronic pain was very intriguing. Packed with knowledge, informative information and the element of surprise, I especially enjoyed reading the facts and research scattered throughout the book.  Reading this book, gives you the information to take the journey to a freedom of living without chronic pain.  The world population today, faces an epidemic of debilitating conditions, of osteoporosis, arthritis, joint pain and musculoskeletal conditions on a day-to-day occurrence. Reading this book not only gives you informative information and hope, it also makes you feel like you are not the only one on this planet dealing with pain that causes you to feel frustrated, depressed and hopeless at times.

I enjoyed how he discussed his own experience about his own experience with chronic pain in his life, and how he struggled to find the best solution to cope and rid his body from the pain he was enduring. He goes on to discuss the success he had and shows you how you can endure a pain-free and healthy life using 8 simple steps that he created.  I found it extraordinary to learn how these step helped cure his pain and made such a dramatic impact in his life.

As the book unfolds, you begin to stop and think and you begin to wonder maybe there is a better way.  This is when my attention to the words in the book deepened and I began to develop a deep focus on what other natural methods and alternatives are out there that could cure pain without having to rely on unnatural solutions that in the long run cause me more pain or health problems.  This book captured my interest; it provided excellent idea and guidance, so you could go on to live a happy, healthy and productive life.

Through reading this book, you begin to realize that our body was created to heal itself and using the right alternative methods, detoxifications, exercises and by eating properly, we can help our bodies heal itself from the pain that forces us to live in agony.  This book is a life-changing book that I highly recommend to anyone suffering from pain.

Dr. Christiano, book is exciting packed with outstanding advice, tools, and techniques and I find this book to be a motivating and enjoyable read. This book may be just what the doctor ordered for anyone experiencing any degree of pain.  Dr. Christiano was in a quest to find and save himself from the pain that entered his own life and with this book; she will undoubtingly save and change the lives of many lives.

I enjoy reading this book, with the encouragement words that you can live beyond the pain into a pain-free and healthy life.  You just have to follow the steps and advice that Dr. Joseph Christiano suggests in this book.  Taking steps for a well-being healthy life through practicing blood-type nutrition and using the practices that are discussed in this book can help improve your life dramatically.

I highly recommend this book to others dealing with chronic pain in their everyday lives.  I know that reading, “Living Beyond your Chronic Pain,” informed me of the steps to control my own pain, leading me to a state of well-being and happiness.
