8 Home Remedies for Erectile Dysfunction

Sexual problems are part of everyday life for couples. Stress, lack of communication, arguments can encourage a distance in bed and often sexual impotence.

The conflict lies when, because of this erectile dysfunction, the nerves continue to play tricks, and it becomes a vicious circle that is difficult to cut mentally.

Before resorting to invasive pills in the body, it is always better to try natural remedies that can help you get out of that bad moment. Here are five home solutions to treat male sexual impotence:

Rosemary tea and other medicinal herbs

Rosemary tea with ginkgo Biloba and Catuaba. These medicinal plants contain aphrodisiac properties. How to prepare it: Mix the dried herbs and prepare the tea using 20 g of the mixture. The tea can be taken four times a day for 7 days.

Homemade syrup with honey, guarana, and ginseng

This syrup has energetic, stimulating, and fortifying properties and helps improve blood circulation. How to prepare it: mix the ingredients in a dark glass container with a lid and take a spoonful every morning (at ease). This syrup is contraindicated for hypertensive, pregnant, and diabetic patients.

Ginseng is a root that stimulates increased libido and improves sexual performance. It also improves semen quality and sperm motility. How to prepare it: Put four slices of the root in a cup and add boiling water. It should be taken three times a day until you feel the improvement.

Muira puama tea

Tea with Muira puama or also called Mara puama improves blood circulation and increases sexual desire. How to prepare it:

  1. Place two tablespoons of Muira puama in a liter of water and let it boil.
  2. Wait 30 minutes after putting out the fire.
  3. Drink it warm. You can take it four times a day until there is an improvement.

Garlic

Garlic also helps improve blood flow because it contains allicin. According to a study, taking 3 or 4 cloves of garlic for two to three months helps improve erection problems.

The ideal is to chew fresh garlic to absorb all its nutrients through the blood vessels in the mouth before they can be destroyed in part in the digestive system.

If it is difficult to eat raw garlic, you can spread it with honey or cook it with a little butter over low heat to leave it golden and be able to eat it later.

Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea)

This plant has traditionally been widely used in Russia and Scandinavia to increase productivity and physical resistance to heights.

In one study, Rhodiola supplements of 150-200mg daily were given for 3 months to men with premature ejaculation problems and/or erectile dysfunction and showed positive improvements in these conditions.

Caltrop tea

Caltrop tea

This tea has properties that increase testosterone production and increase desire and sexual appetite. How to prepare it: put two teaspoons of dried caltrop (tribulus terrestris) leaves in a cup and add hot water. Let it stand for 10 minutes before drinking. You can take it twice a day.

Olive Oil

Vascular problems cause the vast majority of erectile dysfunction problems. Olive oil, also called “liquid gold,” is an excellent ingredient to take care of heart health, cardiovascular disorders, and cholesterol.

Adding and increasing its consumption in your diet can help prevent and treat impotence.
