Instructions

  1. Begin in seated pose with legs out wide apart in a V with flex feet – toes
    extended up 90 degrees.
  2. INHALE, lengthen the spine.
  3. EXHALE, draw right arm up skyward with the left arm behind left leg.
  4. INHALE, lower arm down.
  5. EXHALE, draw left arm up skyward with right arm behind the leg.
  6. INHALE, lower arm down.
  7. Continue to flow back and forth slowly balancing the flow of movement
    with your breath.
  8. Enjoy this wonderful flow.
